Madame,

I continue to live with the Lady Jill, hunt in the evenings, and converse with friends. I am assisting in the investigation of the kidnappings and have wisely chosen to stop drinking water. As always, I continue to pursue my brother Joshua.

I will soon take a trip into the mountains for a hunting expedition; if you do not hear from me next month, you have been forewarned.
